Trick or Treater - FOUND.

Dear all, 

You will remember that I asked previously for people to come forward in relation to a gentleman knocking on doors, asking for money to pay for a cab for his wife or to pay for a taxi to his high-end restaurant he's cheffing at. Thank you to all of you who helped: we have managed to catch up with someone we suspect (we don't think he can be married to that many expectant women or work at that many restaurants). It is likely that we will be asking the Crown Prosecution Service for authority to charge but in the meantime, we have banned him from being north of the River Thames.
